HARE CHANE KI CHAAT


INGREDIENTS

2 cups green chana (hara chana), boiled
1 cup onions, finely chopped
3 to 4 green chillies, finely chopped
1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons butter
salt to taste
FOR THE GARNISH
METHOD

1.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
2.
Add the green chillies, green chana, tomatoes, chaat masala and salt and sauté for a further 2 minutes.
3.
Add the lemon juice, coriander and mix well.

Serve hot garnished with the crushed papadis and sev
PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTE
SERVE: 4 PERSON
